Warm Neutrals

Warm neutrals such as taupe, greige, and creamy whites are making a comeback. These timeless hues create a traditional, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere in the kitchen. Examples are Benjamin Moore’s White Dove and Classic Grey (shown below) and Sherwin Williams White Snow and Sanctuary.

Two-Tone Cabinets

Mixing different colors for upper and lower cabinets or an island adds visual interest and depth to the kitchen. For example the upper cabinets could be BM White Dove and lower cabinets BM Revere Pewter. Additionally as shown below, the Island is BM Blue Nova for a pop of color.

Earthy Tones

Natural and earthy tones such as SW Drift of Mist, clayish colors such as SW Repose Gray (as shown below), and sage green SW Soft Sage can create an overall natural elegance.

Wood Accents

Incorporating wood accents like adding wood to the cabinet doors, floating shelves or a wood range hood creates warmth and texture to the kitchen space.
